Converting a reseller account to a user account should be done through the terminal:
./reseller_to_user.sh <user> <reseller><user> is the name of the reseller account you would like to convert to a user account
<reseller> is the name of the reseller account under which you want this user. This would normally be admin
NOTE: Don’t include <> surrounding <user> and <reseller>. Simply put the user username and the reseller username
