How To Install Spotify on Ubuntu

The following is a guide to install Spotify for the Debian distribution package as well as asscociated Ubuntu derivates such as Elementary OS and Linux Mint.

Open your terminal with:

Ctrl+Alt+T

You are required to add the Spotify repository signing key to be able to verify downloaded packages. Please run the following commands one after the other:
