To install the latest version of Adobe Flash in Ubuntu, you have to enable the following repository:
Canonical Partners – Software packaged by Canonical for their partners

After clicking on the close button you should be prompted to reload software sources. If not open the terminal and run: sudo apt-get update
The next step is to install Adobe Flash with the following command:
