Just in case you’re wondering, in order to backup your Outlook files (email, contacts, calendar, tasks etc) the file you’re looking for is the .pst file.
Depending on what OS you’re using, the Outlook data files are located in the following directories:
Windows XP: C:Documents and SettingsYOUR-USERNAMELocal SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook
Windows 7 & 8: C:UsersYOUR-USERNAMEAppDataLocalMicrosoftOutlook
