When you're accepting an order for a domain or trying to send it to the registrar you might encounter this error:
Call to a member function getResponseFormat() on null Error
This is a known bug in WHMCS v7.2.2 and a patch can be downloaded to temporarily fix this pending the next release. See instructions here
